Imani's testimony ...
In the starkness of our humanness it may often seem too difficult to get down to the yoga mat. Yet when we do we glimpse the divine spark that resides within each of us. I am a witness that there is no better time than now to begin to practice yoga. I am a witness that there is no better moment than this moment to intentionally cultivate the garden of our interior landscape lovingly, tenderly and mindfully. I am a witness that through yoga we can learn to let go of that which we no longer need and plant new seeds filled with light. I am a witness to the transformative power of yoga and the miracle of renewed life.
